Welcome.

My name is Tom. I’m about to head off on my third continental cycling trek. Africa from Cairo to Cape Town in 2019. Across the States from Los Angeles to Savannah last year. This time I’m starting on the shores of the Arctic Ocean and riding down to the Panama Canal.

I’m going to be writing about what happens on this journey in these post-Covid times with the world in turmoil.  It’s an adventure story and it’s a way of guaging the pulse of a continent.
